Here are some healthy tips on how to take care of your heart and be healthy, this might be surprise you.

  1. Don’t diet. Diets don’t work. Instead, the key is to change your eating habits. Writing down everything you eat will help you decrease your calories.
  2. Don’t exercise. What!? The key to getting consistent exercise is to find physical activities you can do and make them a part of your everyday routine.

  8. Don’t hope for the best. Don’t just sit back with your fingers crossed, hoping you won’t get heart
    disease. Get informed about your health and your heart, work with your doctor to figure out your risks, and take control of your health to get the tests, prevention, and treatment you need.
